We accept prescriptions from licensed medical professionals only. Ensure your prescription includes:
Doctor’s name and contact information. Your full name and date of birth. Medication name and dosage. Quantity prescribed. Date of issue and expiry date. Doctor’s signature or stamp.
If your prescription is missing any of this information, our pharmacists may contact you for clarification. Processing times are usually faster with complete prescriptions.
